Dutch blinds fabric
The acrylic fabric is manufactured in panels of about 120 cm width. The panels may be either stitched or glued ultrasonically. If you order Dutch blind fabric with flounce, then Hylas will manufacture the flounce in the correct width.
The team of Hylas uses various techniques, such as cutting, gluing and stitching of the fabric. Gluing in particular offers a number of benefits:
- No color difference thanks to the absence of threads
- No leakage at the seams
- No wear and tear of threads
- Reduced ‘waffle' formation
- Better connections
- Smoother fabric
